1. The Agreement

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before shopping on eu.bosant.com.

By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms & Conditions and enter into a binding agreement with BOSANT TEXTILES HOLDINGS LTD (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Bosant”).
These terms may be updated periodically, so we recommend reading them before every purchase.

Buyer

The buyer is the individual who places the order on our website and will be referred to as the customer.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT.
There are no hidden fees. The final price at checkout includes VAT, product cost, shipping and any applicable handling fees.
Prices may change, and errors may occur.
Promotional offers are valid only while stocks last and during the stated campaign period.

If certain ordered items are out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund unavailable ones.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with stock errors.

Discount Codes

Discount codes apply only to full-priced items, unless otherwise stated.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
We reserve the right to deactivate or refuse suspected misuse of discount codes.
For promotions offering a “free gift,” the qualifying conditions must remain fulfilled. If returning items cancels eligibility, the value of the free item will be charged.

4. Products

Size recommendations are general guidelines and may not fit all body types.
Product images on our website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

5. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed once the customer submits the order.
However, if there are obvious errors—such as missing prices or incorrect product information—Bosant is not bound by the contract.

6. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options, which may include:

Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express)
Your card will only be charged when the order is dispatched.
PayPal
Refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account used for payment.
Klarna (where available in your country)
- Pay Later (Invoice)
- Pay in Installments
  Klarna will send the invoice to your email once your order has been shipped.
  You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna services.

7. Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options depending on your region.

Free Shipping is available on orders above the minimum amount stated on the website.
Shipping fees for orders below the free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.
Normal delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

If home delivery is chosen, you will receive tracking information once the parcel has been shipped.

8. Transfer of Risk

The risk passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered according to the chosen shipping method.
Bosant is responsible for the goods until delivery.

9. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Customers have a 30-day return and exchange period for unused products.

To exercise your right to return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Refunds

If you cancel the entire purchase, the value of the products will be refunded within 14 days of receiving and processing your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you paid via Klarna, you may extend the invoice due date in your Klarna account to avoid late fees.

10. Condition of Returned Goods

Unused Goods (Full Refund Eligible)

Items must be returned in:

original packaging
original condition
with tags attached
free of scent, stains, or pet hair

Used or Damaged Goods

Items that:

show signs of use
are missing packaging or tags
have smells, stains, or damage

…will be considered used, and a reduced refund will apply based on the assessed loss of value.

11. Changing or Cancelling an Order

We aim to dispatch orders quickly.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as processing begins immediately.

12. Delivery Delays

Delivery normally takes 2–7 business days, but may take longer during busy periods.

Maximum delivery time: 30 days (EU regulations).
If delivery has not occurred within this period, you may cancel the purchase free of charge.

If you do not inform us of a missing delivery within 5 weeks, the order may be considered delivered.

13. Complaints (Defective or Wrong Items)

You have a 2-year warranty period for manufacturing defects, as required by EU consumer law.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos documenting the issue.

We will repair, replace, or refund defective items according to EU consumer protection standards.

14. Seller’s Rights in Case of Breach

In case of payment failure or other contractual breach, Bosant may:

demand payment,
cancel the order, or
claim compensation where applicable.

15. Warranty

Any warranty offered by Bosant provides additional rights and does not limit your statutory EU consumer rights.

16. Privacy & Data Protection

We do not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to process your order (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors).

Your data is handled according to applicable EU GDPR regulations.

17. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order.
For credit or installment payments (e.g., Klarna), the minimum age is 18 years.
